5 Suреr (аnd dеlісіоuѕ) fооdѕ that everyone should be eating.

And I promise you, not particularly weird. Just try and add a few of these into your daily diet and I promise you; you’ll see a difference.
Turmeric
OK, technically it’s a spice not a food. Tumeric is one of the most scientifically studied superfoods, and should really be in your daily diet. It is anti-inflammatory and an antioxidant. It’s also an adaptogen, meaning it’s a bit of a jack-of-all-trades and goes where needed, putting out fires all around your body.
On a biochemical level, your body is running little reactions inside its cells all the time. These reactions take things apart and put things together, and they require energy and lots of manpower in the form of enzymes and co-factors. Co-factors are molecules that help enzymes work faster. Tumeric is a co-factor.
Turmeric is also a direct scavenger of free radicals and it helps turn on genes that then build even more powerful scavengers of free radicals. Free radicals damage DNA, and are active players in aging, heart disease, and cancer.
It has been shown to help with joint pain and even arthritis; it’s been linked to a delayed onset of Type 2 diabetes, and may even be helpful in the fight against Alzheimer’s.
So cook with it, drink it (google turmeric tea or smoothies) or take it as a supplement.Blueberries
Yup. Simple Blueberries are high in flavonoids, which are antioxidant and anti-inflammatory. They’re also high in Vitamin C and K. And they have a low-glycemic index, meaning they don’t spike your blood sugar. They are also relatively low in calories and a great way to get rid of sweet cravings.

Flaxseed
Just because flax has been around for ages and isn’t exotic, that doesn’t make it any less vital to a balanced diet.It has been shown to lower blood pressure and it also has a large amount of antioxidants called lignans per serving. Lignans have been studied for their cancer-fighting properties, as well as for possibly helping balance hormones.
Flaxseed is also a great form of both soluble and insoluble fibre, which means that it’s beneficial to daily energy and weight loss.
The best part about flax is that it’s extremely versatile! Sprinkle it on your porridge, in your granola, on top of yoghurt, over your salad or combine in your smoothie!

Kеfіr
Now widely available at all normal supermarkets. It’s a bit like yoghurt but hаѕ lеѕѕ ѕugаr аnd mоrе protein.

Eat it for breakfast or swap it for normal yoghurt in your cooking.
And as I tell my children, you need to try it more than once to allow your taste buds to grow accustomed to it!

In addition to the sulfuric compounds that provide garlic with its heart-healthy and anticancer benefits, the fermented cloves are a source of important probiotics, which help stabilise our intestinal flora. When the intestine is in good shape, it strengthens our immune system,
