Kettlebells Class Prerequisites:

Must have kettlebell or fixed weight dumbbell. All abilities

All other online classes:

All abilities. Please have any weights, mats and resistance bands to hand for these sessions. If you don't have these items, don't worry. Trainers will provide alternatives.

Burpham Classes - Booking Preferred!!

Held at Sutherland Memorial Park. Meet on the Football fields. All abilities. Please bring any weights, mats and resistance bands with you. Trainers will have a small amount of kit available, which will be thoroughly cleaned before and after use.
