This is no army bootcamp! You will work out with a small group of maybe 8-9other women. Our sessions vary between HIIT, circuits, kettlebells and other strength and resistance training. We keep our classes small so that we can adapt the training to suit all levels of fitness. You will never be left behind or asked to perform dozens of burpees!

How much does it cost?
Membership starts at £39 per month for one class per week.
Or £59 per month for UNLIMITED classes. Whilst we do ask our members to sign up to a direct debit, you are totally in control. There is no joining fee, no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
