Diferent kindof blog this week. We’ve been practicing this movement quite alot lately. It’s technically called the Romanian Deadlift or the Straight Leg Deadlift although I want you all to be doing it with a bit of a bend in the knee.
Watch the video and if you’re still unsure the best thing you can do practice in front of a mirror. The movement (the hip hinge) is a really important fundamental movement and we’ll use it in Kettlebell swings, snatches, cleans and the works. So really important to get it nailed.
