This 3 month programme is designed to help busy mums lose weight for good.

It shouldn’t be stuck on the “too hard” pile. Nor should we put it off because the timing isn’t perfect. 
The theme of this programme is that Imperfect Action is always better than No Action. And if you can consistently take some action towards your goal, then in 3 months’ time you’ll be amazed at how far you’ve come. And be so glad that you started. 
My job is to get you there. To get you to a point where consistent action just happens.

  • Exercise Plan: A personalised plan for workouts and activity levels. And if you’re not already in our group training programme, you’ll get free access to that too! 
But none of that would work without Accountability so we’re going all in with this.

Who’s it for?

I’m going to be super-selective on who joins this programme because I want a 100% success rate. So there’s a few criteria.
  • You have to be committed. This isn’t a programme for someone who is thinking they need to lose weight. This is a programme for someone who is absolutely determined to change their life. Because it will change your life. You will be amazed at how great you feel. How much energy you’ll get… How much more productive or resilient you can be. Or how your 
  • You may have tried “everything” before. That’s fine. Most of us have tried lots of stuff – I’ve invested more that I care to remember in business coaches and fitness coaches. But if you’re reading this, then it’s likely it hasn’t quite worked for you.
  • You have to be willing to invest in this programme. This programme is by far the most expensive one I’ve run.
Will it require lots of time?
I know, I totally get it. We’re busy mums and the list of things we should be doing never stops growing. The timing is rarely perfect. But if we keep delaying then we get exactly nowhere. Taking imperfect action towards our goal will always be better than taking no action. And this is what the programme is about. I’ll guide you to take the most effective action, given your constraints.
So yes, it will require some time. But not a huge amount. It will require healthy meals most of the time. So you need to factor in time to shop, prepare and eat these meals. It will require exercise: at least 3-4 times a week. And it will require activity / steps on other days. But it’s about doing the things that will give you most bang for your buck. So I won’t be needing you to do hours of cardio or cooking complex meals.

How much does it cost?

I’ll be honest. It’s expensive. More than you imagine you want to spend. 
And I know the cost will put many of you off. And that’s fine. It’s probably not the right time for you.
Or it’s not urgent and important enough for you right now. I get that. I’m not going to try and convince you otherwise. 
But here’s another way to think about it: how much would you pay to finally, finally crack the “lose weight” puzzle in your life? How much would you pay to have lots of energy, to feel great, to look great? What’s it worth to know you’re finally prioritising your health and making the right choice for yourself and your family?
