At Melita Fitness we help busy women resolve their “How to Lose Weight and Get Fit” puzzle once and for on. We have different options available: personalised or group, online or in-person. So there really is something to suit your needs. We’re fun and friendly too! And we’re realists: we know you don’t want to be eating chicken and broccoli all day. And no one wants to be doing 100s of burpees either. So we want ever ask you to do that! It’s about making health and fitness a part of your life. Forever.
Small group training
The Bootcamp that’s unlike every other Bootcamp
This is no ordinary bootcamp! You will work out with a small group of women. A typical class has 8-10 participants. Sessions vary between intervals, circuits, kettlebells and other strength and resistance training. We keep our classes small so that we can adapt the training to suit all levels of fitness. You will never be left behind or asked to perform dozens of burpees!
And there are 13 sessions per week to choose from, perfect for busy mums with changing schedules.
Three different member tiers:
- Unlimited Membership: £59 per month
- Online Only: £49 per month
- Once per week: £40 per month for up to 5 sessions in a month
Personalised weight loss programme
Fitness shouldn’t be hard. And it shouldn’t be stuck on the “too hard” pile.
The theme of this 3 month programme is that Imperfect Action is always better than No Action. And that if you can consistently take action towards your goal, then in 3 months’ time you’ll be amazed at how far you’ve come. And you’ll be so glad that you started.

We cover the 3 fundamental pillars to life-long health: Nutrition, Exercise and Mindset and we’ll create a personalised pathway depending on your individual needs.

We offer 1 to 1 personal training sessions, group training sessions and nutrition programmes. This is available only to women. And our clients are mostly mums (although you don’t have to be a mum to apply). Founder Christine is a mum and really, truly understands the issues and challenges that mums face.
What are Melita Fitness' services about?
It’s different for mums. Being a mum is a full time job – with no holidays and no time off. We are used to pushing our needs to the bottom of the pile: we grab food when we can, often snacking on kids left overs, we juggle pick-ups, drop-offs, ballet, swimming and endless laundry. We get it!
So the systems we use at Melita Fitness will enable you to re-prioritise your health and fitness without compromising all the other things you need to do.
How is Melita Fitness different from the competition?
All our coaches are mums – we understand you! We understand that can’t spend all day at the gym. Nor do you want to eat chicken and broccoli 5 times a day. So we won’t ask you to do that. We focus on the top factors that will help you achieve your goals. It’s about enabling you to make the lifestyle choices that will lead to a stronger, healthier and more energetic you. We look at your nutrition, your habits, your lifestyle as well as your exercise plan. And we provide you with the accountability you need to achieve your goals.
How is Melita Fitness different from doing it myself?
Some people are great at motivating themselves, identifying their goals, figuring out an action plan and executing this plan. Consistently.
But the reality is that most people aren’t. Many people are confused about where to start, lack the knowledge to make good nutritional choices and find the sheer range of free workout options overwhelming. I mean, are carbs good or bad? Should I lift weights or do cardio? Won’t weights make me bulky?
So we cut through the clutter and give you simple, easy steps to follow. We’ll even become the voice inside your head that helps you get out of the door when you’re thinking it’s too cold, wet and miserable. Or whatever you need help with, to make sure that you just focus on executing these key steps.
